Quick Poll: Pavel or Seba For Sunday?

By: roberto | December 6th, 2008

You’ve got the young talent eager to prove his worth vs. the old guard who’s steady hand has calmed our nerves time and time again. So this Sunday, who get’s the start? With Marchionni set to replace Camoranesi, it would seem logical to anchor down our midfield with some of the Czech’s invaluable experience. However with Milan next week and Champions around the corner, it could be wise to save Goldie Locks’ strength much like what Ranieri has already done for Alex leaving him at home

This choice might be easier for some than others, many of us have been painfully waiting to feel Giovinco’s true impact with Juventus’ first team. But with Inter’s 3-0 victory today over Lazio, we might have to wait a little while longer to see him net his next start. “I will put in place the best team as I respect Lecce a lot, as well as Beretta, who did very well in Parma and Siena” says Ranieri. “If we lose Inter would run away, therefore we have to do our best, knowing that we will play against a difficult team to overcome; they all fight behind the ball line and restart in counterattack. We have to think only about ourselves. Opponents will do their best, and we have to play at 110% to win in Lecce”.

IERI… OGGI… DOMANI… SEMPRE JUVE!!!

LOL @ Alessandro. Are you a Juve fan? I thought you were a Napoli fan…

I just got up and saw that Gio started, as we all wanted. How has he been playing though?

Nnahoj, Giovinco has been our best player out there, perhaps him and Marchisio. Seba’s been our only creative lifeline something our side, and this game, needs desperately.

Anyone see that elbow Castillo gave Grygera? I hope the Federation reviews the game and gives that fucker a three match ban. Molinaro is slowing play on the left side too much but we all know he’s retarded, and Legro is looking pretty shaky I must add. And Ale Sissoko is having a horrible game… really horrible game.

grande seba e pavel!!! man love! well i have to say de ceglie should play over molinaro and sissoko is just awful in every way. sometimes he has average games where he makes good tackles but apart from that he is merda. giovinco on the other hand has shown his class and i hope to see more! juve are going to be amazing for the next few season with buffon-chiellini-marchisio-giovinco-amauri the spine of the team!

I think I hate Sissoko now! The man is totally useless going forward! Countless times he’s given up the ball going forward, and when he realizes that he has nowhere to go because he has no skill, all he does is dive and try to win a foul! Ridiculous!

But good game by Seba! I only saw the second half actually, but he looked like the only player capable of doing something. Marchionni was poor! Amauri was poor as well, until…Marchisio had a good game. Chiellini and Legro looked a bit shaky to me.

I just hope Ranieri realized who was responsible for this win; the 21 year-old Seba with a splendid free-kick and the 22 year-old De Ceglie, who put in such an amazing cross for Amauri. And for our young players to excel in such a tough game – very physical and messy – says a lot about them!

And was I the only one who got emotional seeing Marchisio lifting up Gio when celebrating Gio’s goal? Keeping it in the Juve family! I love it!
