D’Agostino is good, and i know he and Giovinco dont play the same position, but it doesnt matter, D’Agostino’s still gonna take another place in midfield. Buying all these midfielders is gonna hurt Marchisio and especially Giovinco’s prowess. Though D’Agostino is undoubtedly great, with Diego and Marchisio i think we’ll do fine in that area of the pitch. See, we have enough problems choosing our starting midfielders, i think we should do something like this, using a diamond midfield:

————Marchisio
Camoranesi————-Giovinco
————–Diego

But that already leaves Sissoko out. Then put D’Agostino into the mix and the choices get even tougher, unless you want to use a 5-man midfield which could help a little or a lot, depending on if we buy D’Agostino, but then we would have to sacrifice either a forward or a defender, and i’m not so sure that’s a good idea, even though it’s creative. Plus, i’d rather have Xabi Alonso than D’Agostino.

By the way, about right backs and left backs, if we get Criscito back, then we should use De Ceglie as a left midfielder, cause we dont need 3 players fighting for left back, and then Giovinco alone without a sub for left mid. He’s shown he’s better in that position, though two deserving youngsters fighting for one position like that (Giovinco vs De Ceglie) is not something we want, which is where the problems start. Then again, with Camo’s injury problems, Giovinco might get a decent amount of time on the right and then we can put De Ceglie on the left, plus Giovinco can also sub for Diego if Diego’s out for some reason. Right back on the other hand, i think the best thing to do would be to buy Christian Maggio, he would be perfect for Juve.

Calisi, yes, I think we will be bringing back Criscito, who like De Ceglie, can play left-mid too. Molinaro, Criscito, and De Ceglie will have to duke it out for the LB position. RB I’d like to see another player, but I don’t think the management will go for it. Assuming Zebina and Salihamidzic can be healthy, it’s “adequate.”

de ceglie should be given a chance at left back. there arent that many good ones about and hes definitely got potential. de silvestri should be a target for you as well

I would really like D’Agostino, we need a regista. He wouldn’t take time away from Giovinco because they play completely different positions.

I think Conte will renew. I still think we need to go balls out for Gasperini, if not, Ferrara is the man.

d’agostino is a playmaker you dont have one. thats been juves problem for last couple of season

D’Agostino is great, but i really dont think we need him. It would take even more time away from Giovinco, plus Marchisio is coming into his own and we already just bought Diego. We dont need anymore of those types of midfielders.

Also, on goal.com it says Conte is out of the running to be the next Juve coach because he’s supposedly gonna renew his contract with Bari. What a shame that would be. If we dont get Conte though, Ferrara has done excellent so far and i would welcome him just as much.
