A+ for Amauri I wouldn't go thattt far.
I love how you only give Fiorentina a B+, yet they've signed Gilardino (current capocanoniere), Felipe Melo (who looks like he will be one of the best CMs in Italy, once he settles down), Jovetic is going to be a world-class Trequartista and already shows flashes of brilliance.
No defence for Vargas, but he hasn't been terrible, just hasn't lived up to his Catania form. He will settle in.

Fiorentina makes a habit of purchasing struggling or past prime players and rejuvenating them, and that deserves praise. (Minus Vieri, damn him.)

LMAO Ro. :D

I'm really really confused now. I don't know if I should feel embarassed for ADP, or laugh my ass off.

At any rate, that was very special. Thanks for sharing.

I don't know how many of you have RAI at home/ watch RAI/ Even know what RAI is...but in my house the only channel that exsist on our tv is RAI. So I have lots of time to watch the weird Italian tv series that are on. One night much to my surprise ADP was on a tv show Carramba! Che fortuna and he and the host, Raffaella Carrà, danced the Tuca Tuca together.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WvcAvRyQQxo

If you haven't seen it I suggest going to see it, it's great. Also what they didn't show in this clip is supposedly that he and his wife Sonia danced the Tuca Tuca together at their wedding :P

I can't comment unbiasedly on Legrottaglie because as you all know, I am a huge fanboy. (as Marco is of Molinaro :) )But I do think he is world-class, especially as Marco noted when combined with Chiellini. It doesn't happen all that often, but Legro does cover for the defense as a whole. Ie- against Atalanta, Giorgio slipped up (literally) a bit and wasn't at his best, but Legro was MOTM for me.

I think the difference I've noticed between Legro of last year and this year is that last year he was a solid defender, but this year he is more of a leader. He has covered for several defensive slipups, be it Grygera, Chiellini, or Molinaro. The only bad game I really remember him having this season is the one where he was injured against BATE.

roberto, I don't think you're giving Legrottaglie enough credit. He's not world-class in the strictest sense of the term (because he's 32 years old, and because no other team would pay more than €5m for him), but he's every bit as solid as Keyser Giorgio. And his teamwork with Chiellini is what makes our backline so strong.

Would Chiellini play better with Rio Ferdinand (or, insert your own name of star center-back here)? I don't know. My take is this: considering the backline isn't Juve's biggest problem right now (Chiello-Legro WORKS; Juve doesn't concede many goals; don't change a winning team; in desperate situations, we have Buffon), we could use to spend the money elsewhere.

And Ben, neither Stevie G nor De Rossi are going anywhere. We stand a much higher chance of getting someone like Aquilani or Palombo (whose performances have slightly dropped by the way).

hmm, I think Juventus should get Steven Gerrard. I would give Secco A+++ if this happens. 35 million euro would be worth it for champions league title. Of course liverpool is not stupid to let him go nor would stevie would want to leave We need a powerful CM who can score, defend and command the midfield and pass. Sissoko can not score nor can he pass. Get De Rossi. I don't want Dieg. To be honest I don't know much about him can he defend?

Giovinco might be shipped out too, but that doesn't mean he's not up to the challenge.

Lanzafame wouldn't really replace Cavani, he'd compliment him more than anything.

I dont think it was by accident they shipped off Lanza...

I mean, cmon, look how much time they gave Cavani to develop..Why would we spend time letting him develop just to see him leave? Too raw..too much time..no return

Have you seen him play more than 2 minutes in stoppage time? The kid was making his Serie A debut, even Giovinco saw more playing time than he did.
