Live Broadcast: Juventus v. Genoa

By: alessio | November 13th, 2008

Wish I was able to watch it, but I’ve got an econ exam. It’ll be a cracker, that’s for sure. Forza Juve! Alessio come on. What’s more important? Your education or this game. Join the cool kids around the back of your college and smoke something purple. For those of us already in a haze, I’ve embedded a live ESPN Deportes feed after the jump. At least you can practice your Spanish Alessio.

I expect two penalties and an offside goal, MAD. Please forward it to the appropriate referee.

    They don’t listen to me.

I root for the wrong team, in this case.

Just sign “Juve” at the end of the note. Include a case of turtle wax for Collina, per the standing order.

There is no doubt what the subject matter will be. It hasn’t changed since 1994.

Sure. That’s why he makes sure you get taken care of.

In a completely unrelated and in no way shape or form does this have to do with anything else– he has a nice watch I understand. A gift, from… friends… with a syringe second hand.

MAD, feel free to ask Ursus on this one, who hates Juve himself. Everyone in the peninsula knows Collina does not like Juve and he’s screwed us in many games, key one being Perugia-Juventus.

Collina is a laziale…perhaps that explains it?

I had no idea, I did a quick Google search but it seems you’re right. I’m well over that day, but didn’t his ties come up in the media after that? That seems pretty blatant. I was only like 12 or 13 back then, so I didn’t read news or anything like I do now.

Yeah, that was some bullshit too, Cathal. Player flops on top of our keeper, yet somehow the goal stands. I wonder how MAD would react if that had happened to his side, clearly it would have been a conspiracy against Inter.

Collina didn’t reveal he was a laziale until after he ended his career. He knew he was meant to be unbiased when he officiated but he “came out” about his love for Lazio because he had no reason to keep the silence anymore.

Well he designated Lazio the wrong ref for tonight then.

Collina is a good professional, I don’t think Juve have grounds to complain about refs in general but they don’t get as much protection as some think.

I don’t have to claim conspiracy, if the guy went to jail for the crime.

I could just claim proven fact.

Is alessandro talking to me, after all the shit he’s been saying about Inter for the past three or four months?

The same guy who thought that he had some right to tell me what to think and write about… is this guy now addressing me?

    MAD, it’s a tense issue.

Moggi hasn’t gone to jail yet, because this is Italy and pretty much no one with money goes to jail (Exhibit A in this respect being the current Prime Minister).

I don’t assume a Gazzetta journalist would come to a favorable outcome, Ursus.
But I hear Milan has gotten 4 consecutive rigori in 4 home games, they must be match-fixing.

Whatever I am, at least I know who I support. I don’t have three other teams that I wish I supported, Voyeur.

I am also not 2-faced enough that I don’t talk shit to a person/about a person and then turn around and then fake being civil to them, thats for sure. You got the wrong chump, chump.

Wow, you know nothing about me do you? You really are just talking out of your asshole.

I support my home town team too… which if you were paying attention instead of talking shit about people who support Inter, you would know, since I posted about them before.
