according to the failure of last mercato and onwell & unorganized in playing, juventus really need to re-structure theeir team to compete next year…

for goalkeeper i really love marchetti as the next buffon in juve someday!!he plays well, especially when juve met cagliari…

dossena/maxwell will be better than grosso & for the right back i prefer de silvestri..

for the right wing i really love it if juventus do an approachment to foggia as the next camoranesi, he plays like messi!!
but d’agostino is goo also..

for striker?? iaaquinta & amauri is good & i’m still respect trezegol for his dedication & loyalty to juve but if he’ll be exchanged with benzema?? ehmm,,cassano is good as the next del piero..

From my view:
The best formation of Juve for the next season is 4-3-1-2 due to the new signing Diego as the trequartista. Giovinco could be a good backup for Diego. In front, Amauri-Delpiero-Iaquinta need a forward with good accelaration such as Lavezzi or maybe Kun Aguero / Tevez if Juve have the budget.
In midfield, Marchisio already showed good performance last season and he will be more mature in the next season. D’Agostino will be a good mercato to assist Marchisio in the midfielder. Momo Sissoko still the best DM in Italy to complete trio player in midfield.
Last season, Juventus defense is not good as in Lippi or Ancelotti era. Juve still needs one good defender and some backup. Criscito and Cannavaro as the new signing will provide good backup. But Juve still needs good defensive right such as Maicon or Darijo Srna.

I personally think the combination of Amauri-Diego would be wonderfull, just like he worked very well together with Pizarro @ Bremen.
Signing of Di Silvestri would come in handy, as stand in for Grygera.
