Not, it is not Vialli. It is before his time. The Viola guy used to play in 1983-84-85, together with Boniek, Platini, Shirea, Cabrini.
His goal was a classic volley with the outside in the 1984 Cup Winners Cup Final…if memory serves me well.

Alessio, I do not if the guy was considered a Juve legend, but this winger dude, Viola, who scored against Porto in a 2-1 win made a great impression on me when I was a kid. I would love to hear his story!

Thanks for the compliments Juve Bob and John. Like Gianfranco (over at the Milan page) said, when I started this I didn’t expect all the positive feedback. I hate mercato discussions because it’s more or less useless. Love to hear requests for new Juventus Legends blogs, bring ‘em on!

Damn, thats some knowledge you have there! I thought Pippo would have scored more goals for Milan than Juve (well i guess he has now, but i meant before the last few months)

Ah well, fair enough, truth is you could right about Marco DiViao for all I care and still make it sound interesting! Ha ha, really enjoying reading these legend blogs no matter who you choose to write about , can’t wait for the next one.
