ItalJuve conquers Bulgaria in Turin
By: alessio | September 9th, 2009
Not Pictured at the request of Jose Mourinho: Nicola Legrottaglie (who may get his chance to start in Ireland as Cannavaro picked up a suspension)
I didn’t see the game, but this is what I’ve read.
The Good:
Buffon
Marchisio
Grosso
Cannavaro
Camoranesi
Chiellini
Lippi
The Mediocre:
Iaquinta
The Bad:
Zambrotta
We’ll count this one as a win.

Haha I’ve seen that before, Jorid, good stuff. For those who can’t read Italian, basically it says “Traffic warning in the San Siro area due to an increased amount of dust from dusty flags in the air, experts say that this is a rare phenomenon that only happens every 20 years.”

Interistas are miffed that Juve is still fielding the Azzurri…surprise surprise, just as we have done all our existance. Once they start fielding some Italians, maybe they can complain. As far as I know, Santon is still being called up despite not playing and being a Perdazzurro.

Julian on the wc blog edited my post when I said that MAD and Mickey’s illegitimate child would look like the abomination that is Moratti.
Touchy subject i’m assuming.

“Interistas are miffed that Juve is still fielding the Azzurri…surprise surprise”
This is good stuff.
I hope you keep going with it.
I would love to see what else someone like me is miffed about. I never know unless I check out your posts.
P.S. Santon was called up to be tapped up away from prying eyes. Cannavaro told us that.
He’ll never sniff the field with Lippi.

mickey mouse has the greatest rants ever…bar none his insane jabbering is the best.
Whenever Inter fails at something i.e. Champs League, NT call-ups, or signing Italians Mad suddenly doesn’t care about it anymore and decides he’s too cool for the discussion.

He’ll never sniff the field with Lippi.
As in the coach who gave him his first Azzurri call-up and all of his caps thus far? Uhhhh

The new season is on at uefa.com’s Fantasy Champions League competition. I took the liberty of creating a league for us offsiders as I’m sure there are lots of fantasy football lovers on this site and in the absence of a quality Serie A online fantasy game, this is the next best option for us to compare our knowledge, luck (and back-and-forth bickering skills).
If you’d like to join, you can register here:
http://en.uclfantasy.uefa.com/
Once you’ve registered, you can join public and private leagues by clicking on the Leagues tab once you’ve selected your team. In order to join this particular league, copy/paste this code into the appropriate field (you can’t miss it once you’re there):
20837-5551
Happy playing, I hope we can get an interesting competition going. Each league has its own forum so we can converse there without spamming these boards too much.

Juve fans are ecstatic that their players nearly lost to Georgia and beat Bulgaria…WOWWWWW!!! Surely the scudetto is yours this year! fucking idiots.

Yeah alessio, clearly sounds like it.

No. We’re proud of our players representing Italy but there is a massive difference between the two and we all recognize that. Club play is different from international, cup play v. league play, combining our foreign players, our tifosi, and a different coach. It’s a whole different game and no one thinks “because Juve is well represented in the Azzurri we will win the scudetto.” Troll away all you’d like.

i love it when people start to come up with conclusions and start to blame others for thinking that way….jealousy can be a bitch

It’s all part of the mindset of being a perdazzurro. That’s why Mourinho is always trying to create the “everyone-against-us” siege mentality.

Alessio, do u know why we let Appiah loose?

“As in the coach who gave him his first Azzurri call-up and all of his caps thus far? Uhhhh”
I just said that he got a call up as part of a recruitment drive.
What has that to do with the fact that Lippi won’t use Santon unless it’s a friendly? Or used out of position for 10 minutes?
Lippi also wouldn’t call up Santon if Molinaro was halfway decent – the Juve connection wouldn’t have to recruit him then. That’s not a complaint, its a fact that everyone knows. It’s not that Juventus players deserved to be called up, there are lots of suggestions for players that are from other clubs.
It’s that we all see that the coach will ONLY call up Juventus if he can. Again, not a complaint. Just a fact of life. Everyone sees it. Check out the Corriere from today, they see it too.
And if someone here says it out loud? You’ll just have to take it. Or complain…

“Troll away all you’d like.”
Well why not.
We already know that you’ll do the same to the Inter board even when no one bothers you here.
So thanks.

“That’s why Mourinho is always trying to create the “everyone-against-us” siege mentality.”
Mourinho didn’t create it. We already had it in 1996. And the Juicing trials. And Calciopoli. And the soft treatment from the press.
Actually, you guys created the siege mentality. I don’t know why you blame Mourinho or it.

This is getting more and more paranoid from Interistas. Also, more and more amusing. They think there’s some conspiracy for Juve. Funny, they bring up all these cases against Juve (doping? exonerated on all charges, bring up Calciopoli if you’d like) but of course all the Inter scandals of false registration of players and of the club, that’s all in the clear.
New post up, preview of the game against Lazio.
