And ADP is naturally a trequartista. The common misconception is that trequartista’s are not supposed to score, just set up goals. That’s not true. Baggio made the trequartista term famous, and he put in a shitload of goals. ADP just hasnt played as a trequartista in a long time, i even remember an interview on Goal.com where he said “i havent played there in a while” or something along those lines. He’s a deep lying striker, aka trequartista. Another problem with that is, when using a 4-4-2 there’s no trequartista position in that formation, so he plays as one of the strikers (still the deeper one though, which could still actually almost be considered a trequartista depending on the player, as a support striker, second striker, and trequartista, i believe are all pretty much the same thing). Personally, with a 4-3-1-2, i would use ADP as the “1″ and put Giovinco on the wing and two strikers ahead of them, though they could both be playmakers if Juve uses a 4-3-2-1.
